Fitness Classes 

Join us for an hour of stimulating conversation and flavored coffee while you share your interesting opinions and thoughts. You can enjoy this while your little one is in Tumble Tots or playing in our Child Watch Center.

WHEN: Wednesdays

TIME: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Register your two person team for this fun and fit contest. This challenge includes weekly weigh-ins, fitness tips and more! This 8 week challenge will continue to motivate and inspire you into a healthy and fit new lifestyle! Contest is judged by percentage of weight loss. Weekly weigh-ins are required to qualify for the grand-prize and prizes throughout the challenge.

The Y will host an Indoor Adult Kickball Tournament to help raise money for our Annual Strong Kids Campaign. You may have up to 15 players on your roster.

Join us for a weekend of Relaxing Yoga, Pilates, saunas, hot tubs and more! 

Sunday morning we will have a devotional and light breakfast after our morning Yogalates. Pre-Registration is required.

WHEN:

February 4th 6:00 pm-9:00 pm

Spend your Sunday afternoon enjoying a great workout and fun with friends. Men’s Basketball is a 3 on 3 league that will last for ten weeks. The last week of the season will be a single elimination tournament. You may have up to 8 players on your roster. A minimum of four teams and a maximum of twelve teams will be accepted. Roster must be paid in full at time of registration. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

Monday, January 23rd

Join us for Silver Spoons! We will head over to one of the local food establishments for a time of food, fellowship and fun. Weather permitting we will conclude with a walk. Meals will be “dutch treat” with special senior pricing. 

WHEN: 2nd Thursday of each month

The YMCA will host a 7 on 7 Indoor Soccer league. Adult Soccer will last for ten weeks. You may enter as a team and may have up to 15 players on your roster. Tournament games will be held on the last week of the season. A minimum of four teams and a maximum of twelve teams will be accepted.

START DATE: Monday, January 30th

Join in the fun as we SPIN for a good cause and get an awesome work out at the same time.  Help raise money for our Strong Kids Campaign which benefits families with scholarships for memberships and programs. 

Prizes will be given away throughout the day and to the largest donation.  Registration is required.

WHEN

Saturday, January 14th

Come enjoy fun, friends and a great workout. Adult Volleyball will last for ten weeks. Each week you will play two games per night (depending on the number of teams) followed by a single elimination tournament. A minimum of four teams and a maximum of twelve teams will be accepted. You may have up to15 players on your roster. All players 18 years and older are welcome to play! Roster must be paid in full at time of registration.

A variety of equipment is available at the service desk including towels and locks. Equipment check out is free but equipment must be signed out and returned.

We understand that there are various reasons that someone may not be able to participate in or complete a program, but cash refunds will not be given on program fees unless the YMCA cancels the event. YMCA reserves the right to cancel or combine programs. If a program is cancelled due to weather, the YMCA will try to reschedule it but there are no guarantees. When a membership is cancelled a refund will not be given.
