How to Cancel Your Membership
In order to cancel your membership (and monthly bank draft) you need to fill out a Cancellation Form and bring it to the service desk at least two weeks before your membership fee is drafted. Your bank draft will be processed on the 5th or the 20th of each month, depending on your preference. Banks require the YMCA to have your signature on this form.
